Enjoyed the video and the frankness of the conversation. Kudos to Real for being willing to engage so openly. The video inspired me to download the player. However, it wouldn’t open. Said I needed to be connected to the Internet. Well, duh, I am. Maybe firewall issue, not sure. I don’t have issues downloading other apps however. Anyway, would love to try it…if only I could get it to work.
Were you at #SMCNY in September? Check out the video from the #RealityCheck series! http://bit.ly/4op5le

Paul – thanks for your comment. I am passing it on. Are you on a Mac or PC? The RealPlayer SP is not yet available for Mac; expected to ship Q1 2010. I am going to suggest they put a browser sniffer on the download page and display a message to that effect when a Mac user is detected!
Hi Paul,
This seems really odd. Can you please email me with your details and any screen shots? I’m sure we can get it fixed up for you.
Thanks!
